NOC from the Traffic Department in your living place: This truly certifies that you have no further pending fines or violations from the traffic department.

Official Statement from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB): This document, given by NCRB, confirms that your vehicle has not been involved in any accidents or any similar issues reported as stolen.

Here are some documents that are required for getting the NOC and NCRB

The following are the documents required:-

A valid Driving license from India

A letter addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Traffic

Original Registration Certificate

Car insurance papers with a stamp affixed (Regulations may vary in each state)

Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate

Address proof of the car owner, as mentioned in the Aadhar card

If your bank is under a loan, a clearance letter from the financial company

Step 2: Visit the RTO

After these documents are ready, visit your state’s Regional Transport Office (RTO) to get an NOC.

They will grant Form 28; it is an application for a No Objection Certificate, and then the Grant of Certificate
